Shael Risman

Charismatic, committed, and visionary – Shael combines his passion for bettering people and businesses, as well as his over 30 years of experience in operations, administration, and client experience delivery in his role as a Partner of PACE Technical. In 2004, he Co-Founded PACE Technical with Michael Sugrue, which grew from a small break-fix IT company into a thriving MSP that has gained recognition in Canada and internationally. In 2022, PACE merged with Vertex Solutions to become one of the leading MSPs in Canada for Law Firms and SMBs.

Under his leadership, PACE earned the title of Best Places to Work in Canada™ for eight consecutive years. He’s also widely respected as a thought leader of client success and culture, having contributed to industry publications, and speaking at major industry events. With super skills in team building, client relations, and business strategy, Shael’s exceptional leadership skills, strategic vision, and unwavering commitment to client success make him a trusted leader to our people and a strategic partner to our clients.

Beyond his professional capacities, Shael is a published author, singer/songwriter, secular humanist officiant, a devoted family man, and an avid mental health advocate - who’s raised over $75k for CAMH!
